Shanghai Tofflon Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to only as “Tofflon”) is a public Company listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange with annual turnover of approx. USD 200 million as of 2014 and is principally engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture, distribution of process machinery with expertise in service of pharmaceutical industry for injectable products. The systems & solutions range from Lyophilization Process Development (Cycle Developing and Optimization), Lyophilizer(Freeze Dryer), Auto Loading(Vials & API), Aseptic Filling Line for both liquid and powder vials, ampoules, syringes and cartridges, Vision Inspection System for vials & Ampoules, Barriers System(ISOLATORS, CRABS, ORABS), Solution Preparation System, Aseptic Powder Handling System for sterile API process, Autoclave, Terminal Sterilizer, etc. The Company primarily provides complete solution for aseptic processing of injectables with its cGMP compliant equipments, accessories and allied equipments manufactured under ISO 9001 Quality Systems approved by TUV, Germany. It also provides concept-design consultancy for turn-key projects for injectables. The Company employs over 2500 personnel at its Head Office, Manufacturing Parks & Lyophilization Lab in Shanghai (Peoples Republic of China) and at international subsidiaries in India, Russia, at international Tofflon Design Houses in Italy & the U.S. and at Joint Venture companies with a few leading Japanese majors like Top System, Airex & Hisaka. Tofflon distributes its products in domestic markets and to overseas markets under the brand name of “Tofflon” with an outstanding service support based locally. Tofflon team has got a proven track-record of executing over 4,000 freeze drying projects and hundreds of filling lines for vials & ampoules world-wide in more than 50 countries. The Company has over 150 installations at more than 60 pharmaceutical customers in India over last 10 years
